**Q: Help with floor plan** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Photo 1 is the floor plan, we received from our builder.  It incorporated all the features we requested.  I asked an interior designer to provide her recommendations on improving the layout.  She has suggested a few changes (Photo 2).  Which one has better use of space?  Is it weird to have the main access to the master bedroom in the dining room as shown in photo2?  Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.

A: Absolutely the first layout is the best! You CANNOT have entrance to MB from Dining Room! It is not only weird but inconvenient and you will have trouble reselling your house.
