> After seeing the samples of their glass tiles, I ordered the Beach Tile (which is a man made tile) . The tile I received was no where close to the color of the sample in the store.

> Island Stone did not list this product as one that varies from tile to tile or lot or lot. When the designer requested multiple samples from the same lot, as well as different lots -- all were varying shades & colors.
>
> Island Stone haggled about restocking fees as freight charges for return, and were not very customer friendly

> We are very surprised and disappointed to hear about your experience. Could you let us know through which location you made your purchase so we can investigate further?

> While our beach glass does have "lots" that relate to hue variation, it is generally only something that needs to be investigated should lots be mixed in the same projects as they are generally very subtle. We make every effort to communicate this to our retail partners so that they are aware of this and advise the end customer.  It sounds like your designer acted correctly in getting sampled from a available lot to insure your projects appears exactly as you want, did you receive something different from the samples?

> Our restocking fees are exclusively related to product returned either because of overage or a customers change of mind. We would not intentionally charge this, should our product not meet our customers expectations.  If this was mistakenly done, we would be happy to reconcile that incorrect charge.

A: We can send a complementary swatch sample but will need for you to message us with your shipping information.

**Q: What is the recommended grout type and color for this product** *(in Product Questions)*

A: We can't tell from the photo if this is our product.  However, the color smoke would be the closest choice.  It looks like a grout color that was closest to the color of the tile was used for the installation in the photo.  Our suggestion would be to order a sample from your local Island Stone dealer so you can best match the grout color to the tile as all of our glass products will have shade variations to them.

A: We currently are only able to ship to addresses within the continental United States.  If you have a freight forwarded located in the US then we can ship to them and then you can make arrangements with them to ship to Dubai.
