I have been waiting for over a month to receive replacement parts for my high end faucet. They came incorrect, after being promised they were the right ones. Willing to pay for over night shipping, i was assured they would arrive by Monday. Still waiting, and when i called back i was treated horrible and then told they didn't even ship out yet. Now we are waiting on an "engineer" to make sure the gasket they shipped out even fit my faucet..... VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL **★★ — Jennifer Wagner, Sept. 2017** > I fell in love with the style of the Waterstone faucets. I was impressed by the lifetime warranty and the fact that they were American-made. I bought the Gantry faucet, the air switch and the soap dispenser. I will say they are all beautiful to look at but the quality is lack-luster. My Gantry faucet leaks which has caused erosion at point it seeps and my soap dispenser 's finish is dulled. Needless to say they are not show-stoppers anymore. The air switch looks great still and works perfect. Our faucet do have a lifetime warranty and most of the finishes have a seven year warranty, Please contact our customer service and they will take of you. 8880-304-0660 **★★ — tutl, Jan. 2017** > I have now lived with my Waterstone Gantry Faucet for nearly 3 years. At the beginning it was constantly leaking and I didn't like the hose because it kept jamming and had a weak spray. Waterstone kindly sent me a newer version of the hose head which solved the problem, as well as a new piece for inside the on/off lever which was supposed to fix the leak problem, it didn't. The problem is in the design; there is a screw piece between the on/off lever and the faucet that needs to be tightened multiple times daily to stop the leaking and bring up the water pressure. As beautiful as it is, this is very inconvenient and annoying and I would never purchase this again. I have had no trouble with the soap pump, the insta-hot/cold, and the disposal button, but those can be purchased from anyone. The special item they make is the faucet and it is faulty. The styles are beautiful and the quality is amazing. Waterstone makes all of their faucets here in their local factory in Murrieta, California from start to finish: from the design and engineering, to the machining of the parts, to the application and polishing of the finishes. Moreover, their technical support department has helped us on several occasions with issues created by on-the-job conditions that weren't their fault. > In the project that I am referring to specifically in this review, my client's team installed a pot filler on the side of a kitchen niche, which caused a problem with the handle. Waterstone's technical support walked the contractor through a simple process to turn the handle around, which solved the problem. This was a much better outcome than having to pull out the faucet and replace it with another, or for me to have to convince the client to do without their desired pot filler. **★★★★★ — beautybymaddy, Feb. 2015** > We purchased a traditional style pull-down kitchen faucet to complement our Rachiele, LLC copper sink. In combination with the wide variety of finishes they offer, you are bound to find something to work in your space. What I love most about them is that they are all US made and they offer one of the best warranties I have seen in the industry. The only issue I have had with them is when specifying them for projects they can tend to take a week or two longer than the anticipated lead times, so plan on this when you spec them and you will be fine. Overall a great project that looks gorgeous in any home, great quality that you know will last.
