When we bought a home from Jeffery, we were told that the after purchase customer service was amazing.....dead wrong. Trying to get them to honor their warranty is a nightmare. At first I thought it was just us, but after talking with neighbors I discovered EVERYBODY in this development is experiencing the same thing. Terrible business practices, shoddy workmanship and the worst customer service. If you’re thinking of buying from Jeffery, consider other options. This builders reputation of building quality houses has come and gone!
