PCS Design is a full service residential, remodel, and new construction interior designer firm based in Western Washington. Founded in 1995, PCS Design has worked with award winning builders in the Seattle builder community as well as incredible private residential clients to offer comprehensive design services. Services include conceptual design development, space planning, fixture selection, product and furniture specification, construction management and installation coordination.

> We bought a house that needed a major kitchen remodel and some other interior updates.  In my first meeting with Pam, I couldn't help but be struck by her knowledge and positive attitude.  She was able to bring in an excellent contractor in a busy market, she brought great ideas to the table, and she helped us select really beautiful materials and finishes.  Once we started the project, she stayed engaged and kept things on track by acting as an intermediary between us and the construction teams.  Our remodel turned out wonderfully!  We are grateful to Pam for all of her help and expertise!

She pointed us on the right direction when we needed help finding materials, meeting us at various design centers to help us create an amazing new look for our home. Our project involved redesigning two fireplaces and our staircase/banister, updating all the moldings and doors, replacing our front door, new paint colors both inside and out, new kitchen countertops and cabinetry hardware, and new flooring. Pam was truly instrumental in helping us bring our project together on time and  on budget. We are so pleased with how our home turned out and we couldn't have done it without Pam's help.

What is the brand and model of this fireplace? Thanks!

A: Gee- this was a project from about 7 years ago. Don't have an answer to that question. Sorry!

**Q: Where is the Stone name and where purchased from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The Fireplace Tile is from Pental in Seattle, WA. - Travertine Honed & Filled 12 x 24" size. This was purchased in 2014- may not be available at this point.

**Q: SO pretty! What is the stone type./color on the surround? Paint color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Glad you like it!  Client's very happy as well.  The fireplace stone is a quartzite ledgestone available in  6 x 24" panels. Check out Tilesbay on Houzz- they have a great selection of ledgestone tile available.  Paint color was clients own selection- sorry can't help with that!

A: Great Sofa from a company called Stylus. You can find a dealer by going on their website http://stylussofas.com/

**Q: Love the floors!  What is the material and color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Laminate Wood flooring- very realistic- particularly with the rough hewn and wide plank look.

A: The turned wood candlestick lamp on the left and the ceramic "red" base table lamp are no longer available.
