We hit several snafus and delay dealing with the bureaucracy/incompetence at the DOB, and nC2's Richard, along with their go-to expeditor Lloyd, worked hard to get us through the weeds. My only criticism is that we felt as though we were on the back burner sometimes with the firm, as we had a very small project amongst their other, much larger ones.
