He pays attention to every detail, has wonderful sub-contractors who he knows provide their service with the highest quality and is cost competitive. His finishing trims are perfect! He made sure I was going to receive the home I wanted by providing frequent and clear communication, explaining all the options without pressure. I am a single woman who he treated with ultimate respect. I particularly appreciated that he was knowledgeable and participated in every phase of the project, from placing the home on the lot, to cleaning the land, well and septic placement, actual construction, fencing and clean up. Every day the jobsite was left clean including the house swept up. He did not allow foul language of anyone onsite. I have the ultimate trust and admiration for the man and his company.
