He worked with us to develop and modify the plans as our ideas for the project progressed. He also put built-ins in our basement and updated our basement fireplace. His bid was significantly lower than other contractors and we mostly stayed within budget. It was our chosen upgrades that increased the final costs of both projects. He and his crew were friendly, easy to work with, flexible, prompt, reliable, and very tidy.
