**★★★★★ — Kathy Bloodworth Interior Design, Feb. 2013**

> As a designer, I've worked with many architects over the years. Patrick LePelch stands head and shoulders above most of them. His work and attention to detail are impeccable and he is a delight to collaborate with. In professions where egos can be a huge impediment, that is not the case wiith Patrick. He shares ideas, listens well, always offers great advice and is a team player. His concern for the overall success of any project is felt on every level. I look forward to many future projects with him.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Looking for info on tile shaped stainless material** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is it tile or a panel?

A: These are tiles. What makes the tiles "appear" checker board is changing the direction of the stainless "grain" on the surface on every other tile by 90 degrees.

**Q: Where are the stools from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: My clients purchased this at an antique store although I'm not sure where.

**Q: Amazing back splash! What type of tiles are these?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: They are brushed stailess steel tiles alternating grain direction to give the checkerboard look.

**Q: Can anyone guess what type of granite this is?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It is from Brazil obtained from Integrated Resourse Group in San Francisco Bay Area. Sorry I don't recall the name of it off hand.

**Q: Great transformation. Can you tell me who makes these lights?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It is Arroyo Craftsman.

**Q: what color are the walls?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What color are the walls painted and what type of paint?

A: The color is Indian River 985 by Benjamin Moore from the Classic Colors collection. It is matte in two coats.
