> After 31 years of law enforcement service, the only thing my Husband and I wanted to do was retire in the Texas Hill Country. We bought a couple of acres, and entrusted Rostrata Builders to help complete our dream. Sadly now, we are currently finding ourselves living in a nightmare. Before you give Rostrata Builders (owner Coe Pratt) any consideration, I would HIGHLY suggest you look at the surrounding County Clerks office for different lien aff’s filed against Rostrata Builders, due to non payment to some of their subcontractors. My Husband and I received a threat of lien letter for just over $45,000, for building materials. We’ve talked to another victim that also entrusted Rostrata to build his home, and he’s experiencing the same things we are. I’m determined to make sure Rostrata Builders, and it’s owner, don’t get the chance to take advantage of another innocent person. After speaking with our lawyer, it’s not defamation when everything you share in a public forum is true. I have documentation to back up every single word I’ve said in this review... Go to the County Clerks websites and look for yourself.

> We had never built a home before so this was our first experience starting from the ground up. Overall we were happy with the outcome but there were a few small details we wish we would have paid more attention to at the time since we had no prior experience or knowledge in regards to building a home. The builders were really great and they were very honest and up front but it would’ve been nice to have a little more guidance during the process. We learned a lot throughout and in the end it wasn’t their fault, there are always a few things you wish you could go back and change. They had great communication and overall were really good!
