## Community Q&A

**Q: This house is truly original** *(in Photo Questions)*

This one hits home for me. Thanks for sharing!

A: Thank you for the compliment, James.

**Q: Moulding** *(in Photo Questions)*

What kind of moulding is used on the ceiling?

A: Thanks for your help fielding some questions, Nora!

**Q: Mirror hanging details** *(in Photo Questions)*

I recently purchased a mirror in this style. But what is the large decorative hanging knob called? where can I purchase one?

A: Hi there Kelley, thanks for your interest in this project. The mirrors (and hanging knob) were selected by the interior designer who collaborated with us on this project. Her name is Kara Mann. Here is a link to her houzz page: http://www.houzz.com/pro/karamanndesignllc/kara-mann-design-llc
Good luck,
AMA

**Q: Grass Varieties** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi. By any chance, do you remember the name of the various grasses shown in this image, please?

A: Trying it again... sorry, not sure why that happens.
http://www.houzz.com/pro/scottlewis1/scott-lewis-landscape-architecture

**Q: lovely!** *(in Photo Questions)*

I was wondering if this was walnut? If not, would you know what type of wood this is? Thank you.

A: Hi Nicole,
Thanks for your question and your interest in our project. All the wood surfaces that you see here are American White Oak with a natural, matte finish.

**Q: lights** *(in Photo Questions)*

how did you hang lights without wires showing?

A: Hi Denice,
Thank you for your question and interest in our project. The light fixture mounting box is attached to a wood trellis member that is not visible in this photo. It is shallower and runs perpendicular to the repetitive, main trellis members that are visible here. The wiring is concealed in a conduit that was routed into the adjacent main trellis member and hidden from view. Hope that helps.
