> We went to Chris with our idea of tearing down our exisitng home and building from scratch.  He listened. His attention to detail is second to none.  I note this because when it came time to make selections it was already done in our design.    The selection process was a breeze. We wantad a "Southern" feel and from moldng style, window style, door style, lighitng style, porch railing, etc.  he had it all in the plans. The Halliday team had  kitchen/bath design in the plans.  Again completley designed in detail, including appliance and cabinet sizes.  Their communication with us was  great. Always pleasant and able to zig zag at a moments notice.  Always available and willing for the "look what I found" I would like to make a change.   Setbacks do  occur on a job our size. Chris and his team made them invisble to us.   We had a stresss free and fun project. The Halliday team was truly a pleasure to work with!  We are over joyed with our home. Highly recommended!

A: The owners selected Certainteed 7" Perfection Shingles Siding in Granite Gray. The decking is 1x6 mahogany and the ceiling is cedar.

A: I believe that color is SW "Pure White" in semi gloss.

A: It is a 1/4" stainless steel cable railing.
