We were very budget-conscious on this project because of the sheer scope of it; new foundation/basement, plumbing, electrical, insulation, windows, roof, etc., and we did a lot of the demolition, painting, and daily job site cleanup ourselves. We worked alongside Kelley and his crew every chance we had, and we pretty much thought of them as part of the family by the time we were done.
