The project expanded a very small house for my wife, me, and our son who was born a few days after the permit was issued. With a baby on the way, we were concerned a construction process would be too much to handle, and thought we'd be best to postpone for a year or two. We are very happy we didn't. The difference between the first builder and Mark IV was night and day. Mark IV is not cheap, but they are fair and a great value as they get things done well and are upfront with what they see, what things may cost, pros and cons of different options, and they do not go looking for change orders after the contract is signed. They listen to what the homeowners want to do and help the homeowners realize their vision.
