A family friend recommended Doorsmith for the 4 custom garage doors needed for our home renovation. Things started off well and the first two doors were installed in a fairly timely fashion, but unfortunately things took a turn from there. One of the doors never fully closed and the motor wasn't working properly either. On top of that, the door tracks they installed were not at all what was requested and what Doorsmith agreed to do - they were supposed to hug the ceiling to make room for a 4 post car lift, instead they're hanging so far down a car will never fit on top. It took a long time to get in touch with Al - we're talking many months and countless unreturned calls, voicemails, and texts. Finally Al took responsibility and said they'd messed up, but would come back out to fix everything. Well, that was months ago and now Al is ghosting us.
