I am currently waiting on a replacement drawer because the manufacturer built the wrong size drawer. I also requested a change in height when this drawer arrives. I was informed there would be a slight charge which I thought should have been waived due to my wait time on this last drawer. I will waive the charges for the additional bracket required to raise the drawer to a higher level. Since this was a change from the original order, a taller bracket was required. A: All of our pullouts are pulled by the horizontal front of the drawer. Since the construction of the drawer is wood, and is secured by dovetail assembly, they handle 100 lbs. fully extended and will not break or fall apart. Hence, the lifetime warranty. For the pullout pictured that mounts beneath the kitchen sink, we use woodscrews (hidden) to fasten the side panels and upper caddy trays, In over 7 years of business, we have never experienced any of our pullouts separating or falling apart when extended from the cabinetry. --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
