When service issues arose, the experience was far below what we expected from a company handling a project of this scope. > > Our range broke immediately and was unusable for weeks. We also had a separate dishwasher issue that required months of follow-up before ultimately failing and needing faulty parts replaced. Communication throughout the process was slow, inconsistent, and often required repeated effort from us just to receive basic updates. > > Although repairs were eventually completed and a partial credit was issued, Nonn’s declined to provide any further accommodation despite the prolonged disruption and clear service breakdowns. The response from leadership made it clear that customer experience was not a priority once problems occurred. > > We made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this privately. We contracted Nonn's to install new flooring. Selection process was smooth. Installation was a complete disaster! First, installer was lazy and had to stay until 9:00 for two nights in order to complete project. Then, turns out installation was not done correctly. Workmanship was incredibly poor. Entire project had to be redone (not until another 7 weeks later). As an added bonus, the first installer caused damage to our home (damaged doors, fireplace, among others). I could go on, as this is just a summary. Bottom line, if you want to deal with massive headaches and have your project take 8 weeks longer than what you signed up for, Nonn's would be great for you!! **★ — HU-198240618, Nov. 2020** > WATCH OUT for this company!!! They do not take care of their customers!! We purchased an expensive wood floor back in 2016. We reported issues in the first year and we were given a stain pen to fix it. Now, 4 years later, the problem has gotten worse. They have sent techs out to look at it and every one has agreed the floor has a defect. Now, they just called and said, we are not willing to help you and your on your own. I like that we can browse as we please (the place is very big with an enormous selection) and get help when we ask. This last time, the sales person in appliances was very helpful with a microwave placement problem we have. She not only showed us what was on display but looked up several others online. She pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of each. No pressure. When we had enough for the day, we walked away to think about it all. Although some of the work is beautiful we had numerous problems with Nonn's. The flooring I thought I picked out was not a true representation of what it actually was. I thought I picked out a 2" tile and it was actually a 3". They didn't finish tile work in two rooms. I reached out via email for two months and it was never taken care of. The only reason it was finished is because the tile guy was onsite fixing another problem and I asked him to fix the other two rooms. They messed up flooring in another room and after arguing with our builder, they finally fixed it. Nonns is a big company and in the end, I felt like they really just didn't care about their clients. I received a lot of attitude from staff and they never took any responsibility for any of their mistakes. The Anatolia Allure Cream Marble great room wall surrounding the fireplace and television is the spectacular centerpiece of our new home. The sunroom floor tile, fireplace accent wall and design came out perfect. The powder room tile design, backsplash, mirror and lighting selection create a small jewel. The lower level bathroom tile design complements the floor and shower tub wall as well. The Karastan carpeting in the master bedroom and lower level that she selected and has now been installed looks spectacular in our new home. Everything came out perfect in our home. I found the store when I was out looking for ideas for a kitchen renovation that I was considering. I was so impressed by the way the floor of the showroom is done in segments, so people can see lots of different possibilities. They seemed to have a great selection of all floor coverings, although I was primarily looking at tile. I didn't buy anything as I was not ready to make decisions yet, but when the time came find the right tile for my backsplash, I remembered Nonn's selection and decided to take a drive. The store is over an hour from my home, but I knew I had a good shot at finding something that would match a tile mural that I am using in my project. I was approached right away by Kathy and Nicole who very nicely asked if I needed help. At first, I refused and looked around on my own and found a few things I liked, but decided I really did, not only want help, I needed help! After listening attentively and looking at the piece of the mural I was looking to coordinate and the Cambria sample that will be my new countertop, she said, "Follow me" and led me right to one of their displays that had the perfect tile on a wall. I needed a 2"x 4" tile and that was no longer available in the travertine that I wanted, but she said, "Just a minute, let me go check on something." She came back and said that while it had been discontinued, there wes 15 sq. feet still available in the warehouse. SOLD! She also explained about stone enhancer and how I could deepen the color of the tiles, which I wanted. My point is--don't hesitate to ask for help, because they really know their products and how to achieve the look you want. > > Then, less than a week later, I decide I could really use ONE square foot of 2"x 2" the same tile, so I called Kathy. She managed to arrange for someone to stop to their warehouse, pick up the ONE sheet of tile and bring it to the store, so that my husband, who was driving through Madison that evening, could stop and pick it up. It saved me from having to make another trip up to the store.
