Marchese Construction was founded in 1999 by master builder Cory Marchese to fulfill his dreams of providing exceptional custom building and design services to customers in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We specialize in new home builds, residential remodeling and custom commercial projects in the East Bay communities of Alameda and Contra Costa counties and North Bay communities of Sonoma and Napa counties. 

We are committed to delivering a superior customer experience throughout the building process, collaborating and communicating closely with clients during early concepts and design through to finish construction.

Marchese Construction employs the major trades (carpentry, electrical and plumbing) in-house, thereby providing even greater efficiency to our building process and saving our clients valuable time and money.
