Contacted Troy of APS Landscaping for an estimate. Unlike other landscapers that I engaged, he did not try to turn the job into something it wasn't. As a result, his estimate was significantly more appropriate than those attempting to jack the price on a small job. I had an idea what I felt was a reasonable price range, and he hit it. He was responsive in his communications, and was open to modifications to the contract so that expectations were clear. He was within the projected start date range, and the job was completed promptly, as requested, and to my satisfaction. The materials he used, were appropriate and either matched or exceeded those quoted by other contractors. From past experience, I know that hiring a trustworthy contractor can be an absolute pain. Based on my experience with Troy of APS Landscaping, I would not hesitate to recommend APS Landscaping to family and friends.
