I am in the process of building our forever home and these ladies have contributed so much. When I was having a hard time visualizing the architect's drawings of my house Emma created a photoshop image of the house that brought it to life. We were able to try different paint colors and siding options that ultimately made a significant improvement in the curb appeal. When I had a last minute panic attack about the rough electrical walk thru the ladies met me at the house the evening before my walk thru and laid out electrical locations that needed to be done but that I would not have thought about. Not only has their work greatly improved the design of my house, but they have also saved me tons of money along the way. Between preventing mistakes that would have cost thousands in the future to correct, to enhancing what I already selected, to just confirming that I made good choices (aka piece of mind), to shopping around for the best price and option for the finishes I have selected, the ladies have more than paid for themselves. They always keep with my taste and preferences and never push something that I am uncomfortable with. They also appreciate the financial burden of building and always stay within my budget. It might be a different design in a master bathroom or an amazing tile that adds interest and functionality to a mud room but our goal is to hear, "Wow, I never thought of that"! LOL We feel that every space in your home should have a look. Even if it is the small half bathroom off of the mud room. When you walk into each space in your home you should have something to look at and feel excited about. We have worked with your realtor, Betty Lazarro, many, many times in the past and for that reason we made sure that your home was more than ready for her Open House on the weekend and on the following week for the Brokers Open House. We want you to know that we went above and beyond by bringing extra patio furniture (at no extra cost) and making extra trips to put it out for her Open Houses. We attended her Brokers Open to help guide people through your home if needed because our goal is to help you sell your home. We also finished this job quickly and efficiently and cleaned and scrubbed floors, bathrooms, and countertops throughout the home etc. without asking for payment until it was finished because of our relationship with Betty. We also purchased a $22.00 can of color matched paint for your bedroom because there wasn't the right color in your paint stash in the basement. The sofa and two chairs are staying. The floral print fabric on the sofa was my inspiration for choosing the sofa, chairs, and pillows. I plan to have two pillows made for the sofa out of the floral fabric. I thought it would be easy to find a rug, but the stripe on the chairs is making it hard for me to pick a rug. I am afraid of clashing with the stripe so I was thinking of getting a sisal rug. Please let me know your ideas.
