Tim and Lisa have owned their own construction home improvement business for 15 years in the Raleigh NC Area. In 2012 they changed their company name from Staley Construction & Improvements to Alpha Custom Exteriors. The reason for the change was that Tim and Lisa decided to stop sub-contracting from bigger companies and become the bigger company but small enough to still provide 100% Customer Satisfaction. Tim received his NASCLA General Contractors License and bought a franchise with Alligator Sunrooms. > Alpha Custom Exteriors just finished our screened porch, and we are so happy with the work! Tim is a super nice guy and very experienced. He also has an eye for good design. Also, his prices are very reasonable. We had some arrogant contractors come out and give us quotes! Some of the work we wanted to have done was a little out of the ordinary, but Tim didn't blink an eye. That's where his experience came into play. Tim also returns phone calls.... that's a major plus for a contractor!
