**Q: How do you lock and unlock this knob?** *(in Product Questions)*

It says you can buy a privacy version so i'm assuming a key and key hole but the image shows no keyhole

A: Also, an Emergency Key is also provided. From the outside of the room, simply push the Emergency Key into the tiny Rosette hole to release the locking pin.

**Q: pivot door lock** *(in Product Questions)*

what’s the difference between pivot and regular door lock ?

A: Hi Keke, and thanks for your question. the difference between the Pucks and the Puck Pivots is that the Pivots turn off-axis, meaning they rotate more like a lever design rather than centered. The pivot point is simply moved to the left like in the photo below. The locking Privacy Pin (hidden from view) is located on the rosette and the same on both Pucks (regular) and Puck Pivots.
