> Ko’olau Builders recently completed the remodel of our 100 year old home in Manoa and we could not be happier with the outcome.  As a Design Build company, Ko’olau Builders helped us from the very beginning in the design permitting phase of the project through construction and completion.  Our project consisted of the remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms, and the addition of a half bath, mudroom and office.

They managed to give us all the comforts of a modern home while preserving the style and character of our home.  Chris and her team did a great job laying out our kitchen and bathrooms and helping us pick fixtures, finishes and paint color that we love.
