I received a damaged product, I reached out to the company to let them know my product was damaged. Right away customer service said they would send out a replacement for the damaged part. They sent two plastic clips that had nothing to do with my vacuum. I reached out to customer service two more times trying to figure out where my replacement part is and I still didn’t hear anything. I am now returning the product. I walked into pioneer pools the next day bought the same vacuum off the shelf and it works great. > You would think when you spend over $2000 at a store customer service would be willing to help with a defective product.
