> Vance was contracted to repair our sun room exterior wall that had water damage.  He communicated well, did what he said he was going to do, and finished on time.  In addition to the work he was contracted to do, he also went above and beyond and did touch up work on the interior of the sunroom.  Very pleased with Vance's work and will use his services again in the future.  Highly recommended!

> I contacted Vance about some exterior maintenance and the larger job of painting my interior and making my home more handicapped-accessible for my mother. The work has been fast and of excellent quality, and we have enjoyed having Juan in our home and appreciate that he cleaned up so well when he was finished.

We wanted to keep the originals stairs intact, and make sure that they had their own matching railings. Mike the welder did a beautiful job fulfilling out request, and now we have a ramp that can be removed, leaving the stairs intact.
