> Our project consisted of removing a ceiling and wall and installing a skylight. As well as replacing all counters, cabinets and relocating the kitchen appliances. It turned out awesome.

> This was our first remodeling project and we are happy to say that Forehan Construction made it enjoyable.  So much so, we hired Rick to do our yards.  He and his crew were as close to on-time and on-budget as a construction team can be, while taking our input, helping us through a lot of decisions, and offering suggestions when we got stuck.  His team members were very professional and meticulous.  We felt very comfortable having them in our home for six months.  I seriously doubt we'll ever undertake another project like this again (this is our "forever house"), but if we did, we wouldn't do it without Forehan Construction.

Would you please share the stain on the vanity and what type of wood it is? Thanks in advance!

A: Thanks for asking. It's a custom solid walnut vanity. There is no stain the finish however is a dead flat product from Modern Masters.

Hi! would you share the color that was used on the island?

A: It is a custom charcoal lacquer we sampled and mixed on site.
