Would not recommend using as a home builder or customer. Menards even quit carrying them, I assume for their lack of quality. **★ — Jennifer Simpson, April 2023** > I had all of my lower cabinets replaced with Throck cabinetry. The inside of the cabinets are lovely the outside less than a year later have paint cracking and wood expanding due to a little bit of water having been left on the cabinets. They are in fact kitchen cabinets water is going to spill from time to time. You can’t always clean it up immediately or you don’t always catch it all but they say that the water seeping in between the cracks that happened due to settling there’s not a manufacture defect so now I’m living with cabinets less than a year old with cracking paint and expanding wood on the trim. The interior of the cabinets are fine, but I do not recommend getting the doors from schrock. I have had my upper cabinets (and the lower cabinets that I took out) for over 15 years nothing like this ever happened. Knowing what I know now I would’ve kept my horrible old countertop and lived with my old cabinetry rather than having brand new cabinets that look terrible. This has been a horrible experience… do not buy Schrock Cabinets at least not the doors. **★ — HU-129887369, Oct. 2022** > We started our kitchen remodel in June, 2022 and it isn't done thanks to the poor quality of Shrock cabinetry. Our initial delivery was missing some pieces, and there were three broken cabinets and six doors that were either chipped, damaged, or had paint imperfections. The pantry and above-pantry cabinet didn't align so those had to be re-ordered. One cabinet was missing a side panel. We ordered replacements, and of those, three of the doors had to be re-ordered because they were also damaged. One replacement cabinet was the wrong size, and one door had to be re-ordered three times because they kept sending the wrong thing. The hinges were wrong on two doors, and when we ordered the replacements they sent the same hinges that were already installed. We have white cabinets, and the paint on the corners has already started to come away after only two months. They are low quality and easily damaged. We are very dissatisfied with our purchase, and are still waiting on pieces four months later. Please do not order your cabinets from this company. **★ — Keirene Miller, March 2022** > Purchased cabinets in October 2021. Today is March 29, 2022 and we still do not have any response from Shrock or our Contractor as to when the cabinets will be delivered. We paid in full well over $40k. We are unable to get any response from Shrock and they have no direct phone number. We need HELP! They told us another 4 weeks to fix it after already waiting 6 weeks to get them. **★★★★★ — bgh749, June 2017** > I have had Schrock cabinets for 14 years. The cabinets are solid and well made. Their customer service has been exceptional. I call them when I first got the cabinets because the wrong door was ordered. The right one was sent right away. Just recently I needed some clips which hold up the shelves. Instead of telling me where to get them, 20 came in the mail. Recently I needed to know how to take a drawer out.
