> I would highly recoomevd CAVA Custom Build.! We worked with Cava for almost a year on a remodel - she was extremely professional , insightful and knowkedgable. She was very hands on with managing various contractors and ran a “tight ship“ when needed. Most importantly - due to Cava’s hard work - we ended up with a beautiful remodel which are very happy with.

> I recently hired Cava to assist in renovating my master bathroom, and I was so happy I did! Not only was she a pleasure to work with, but she was organized and on time, which is hard to find in a contractor! Cava handled the subcontractors professionally and with a keen eye on quality. If something wasn't done to her liking she made sure it was re-done and always had the client's best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Cava for any size project!

> Cava Custom Build did a beautiful job on my home with a renovation following a fire. Complete painting, electrical updates, drywall, flooring repair and new installation of carpet were needed.
> Cava did a wonderful job of finding quality workers and was reasonable in her pricing. I️ I️ highly recommend this business

**Comment from CAVA Custom Build:**

> Thank you, Kathy,
> I appreciate your kind words - And I am very happy we were able to get your home back into tip-top shape after the fire!

> I love working with Cava! She has a client/project calendar and schedule that is updated regularly which keeps the client and designer abreast of what is happening and when. For this and many reasons, i feel she is very organized and thorough. It is very uncommon for contractors to be organized today because of juggling multiple jobs whilst also dealing with subs that may or may not follow through.
> I was so impressed that after various material installations, she looked for the errors and flaws on the clients behalf and personally met with client and subcontractor to see that repairs were made.
> I would definitely recommend Cava Custom Build!

## Community Q&A

**Q: What is the source for the medicine cabinet/mirror? Vanity is great!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi, This was a custom made vanity - made from reclaimed beams - made by my husband's cabinet shop (Big Lure Design). The brackets and shelf on the mirror were re-claimed from an old boat.

Feel free to visit www.bigluredesign.com for additional examples of his work!

Sincerely,
Cava
