**Q: Is there any soundproofing on the bottom of this sink?** *(in Product Questions)*

I am told that copper sinks can be noisy if there is no soundproofing?  is there some buffer gasket under the sink?

A: Hello,

Thank you for your interest. 

Our copper sinks are thicker 12 and 14 gauge copper which means, they have natural sound dampening. Furthermore, the hammered finish helps disrupt sound waves through the metal.

**Q: Fossil Blu farmhouse sink** *(in Kitchens)*

Has anyone had experience with Fossil Blu fireclay farmhouse sinks?  They are described as "modern" meaning sharper corners and thinner walls.  The manufacturer indicate that they will not craze or scratch.

A: To our customers,

ALL of our Fireclay sinks begin as clay mined from Italy, France and Israel, and are manufactured in Israel and Turkey.  

ALL of our Copper sinks begin as copper ore mined in Mexico and India, and are manufactured in Mexico and India.

We specialize in higher-end farmhouse sinks produced from fine (grain size) fireclay, and thick-gauge hammered copper. We do not produce any of our sinks in a cheap manner or in China. 

We are very concerned about Green Design's comments as they are patently false.  We don't know who they are, have never spoken with them, nor sold them any of our products.

**Q: Delivery** *(in Product Questions)*

I need to know about a product delivery

A: Hi Patti, 
Thanks for reaching out.  Depending on your location, this product will either ship out of our Los Angeles,CA or Nashville, TN facilities.  These two can reach nearly all of the U.S. within 2 to 3 business days.  So an order placed today would ship tomorrow morning for a Monday or Tuesday delivery next week.  Hope this works within your project timeline!
