WI. He had done a kitchen remodel for my sister a few years ago. By the way, it was beautiful. My sister recently had passed and I found a business card when I was looking over paperwork. I am in Wisconsin and need to hire people to get work done on a house in Eugene. So, it was a long-shot, but with nothing to lose, I gave John a call. John saved the day. He used his network to help me line-up people in Eugene that could do the work the following week when I could be in town. This team was incredible. John Herrera from the Carpet Company gave a really good bid and did an excellent job laying new carpet. Don Kaufman squeezed us into his schedule and even brought in another painter to help finish the work by the end of the week. Everyone was terrific. They had the pricing we were looking for, but beyond that they shared the vision we had for our remodel. Their work was outstanding and except for an issue with one of their subcontractors (for which they took responsibility and discounted our final cost), the work was done on time and beautifully and we couldn't be happier. In fact, we had had them back to install a walk in tub that was, to say the least, quite a challenge in this older home. But, as with the remodel, it turned out great!
