Water leaking from the unit above damaged my condo in Bend. I originally hired Jim as my local expert overseeing the mitigation and restoration contractors. The mitigation work was fine, but as I considered the restoration contractor, I felt more comfortable having Jim's company, R3, do the work. They seemed more dedicated and thorough, and most importantly, I felt they would strive to get the repairs done as quickly as possible (this is income property). Jim and R3 dove into the project quickly, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. I was especially grateful as Jim provided extensive help and documentation to communicate with the insurance adjusters. Excellent craftsmanship and value for the money. One example of the type of man Jim is, we had a major concern about our shower due to a manufacturer defect on the part. Jim called me back at 10pm before Thanksgiving while sick and on vacation, and got a plumber out within 30 minutes to fix it and save the pipes.
