An avid traveler, she draws inspiration for her designs from the places she has been and those that are still on her bucket list. After nearly a decade in corporate America, Leslee decided to pursue a passion where she could combine her love of color, eye for details and the desire to make beautiful spaces accessible to everyone; and so, Designs By Damienne was born!

> Beginning with the virtual consultation to receiving my final e-design was a seamless process. Leslee was always punctual during the process. The goal for my home office was to have a functional workspace but to also use it as my private home retreat.  During our consultation, I really didn't have a clear idea of the space but Leslee showed me a few options and I quickly fell in love with a "glam look". She executed over and beyond my expectations. It's a small space but her design fits a daybed and nice size desk comfortably. I loved each item that she picked for my office decor and was happy with the first draft, no changes were needed. Also, I would like to say a huge thanks for her patience. Dealing with a new construction address we ran into a lot of issues with shipments. Leslee was so kind to follow up with the vendors and make new shipping arrangements for items that were returned to suppliers. I had all the tracking numbers and could reach out for shipment changes/updates myself. And, for her to step in and follow up showed her level of professionalism and commitment to me as a client. From every aspect, Leslee saw the project through to the end. I highly recommend Designs by Damienne and can't wait to start my next home design project.

> We contracted with Designs by Damienne for a renovation project. We paid for a full service package and could not be happier with how everything turned out. She really transformed the space and we received 12 offers on our property in 1 day. She measured the spaces, sourced materials and provided printed material to help us during the construction phase. We had a playbook of SKUs, elevations, floor plans, design boards and measurements that we faithfully kept in tow to help us engage with all the contractors and tradesmen involved with the project. This was our first time hiring a design firm for a project and we should have been doing it all along. We have already touched based with this firm to work on a project in June. 5 stars, nothing less.
