About Vadim and Parksdale Building Co:
Parksdale Building Co. was started by Vadim Kozlyuk in 2020. Vadim graduated from Georgia Tech in 2013 with a Masters Degree in Building Construction with focus on Integrated Project Delivery Systems. For the past 8 years he has spent his time working as a owner’s representative, estimator, and construction manager for various corporations before making the switch to work with a high quality luxury home builder in the Lake Norman area of Charlotte, NC before leaving to start Parksdale Building Co.

> Vadim is a joy to work with! The crew of regulars is knowledgeable, dedicated to quality, and a lovely team to have working in your house. We hired him to complete a kitchen/dining room renovation project that had gone south with another contractor, and the contrast in workmanship and work ethic was night and day.
