The quality of their work and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. > > Some highlights: > > -- The bath tile we wanted was delayed 45 days (my fault), they worked around that delay and kept the project on time > -- A few kitchen cabinets had very minor paint touch ups needed after installation. The next day Igor drove out and used a Q-tip to fix the issues and make them look perfect. You won’t get better service than that. > -- Their subcontractors were very skilled, responsive, reliable and professional. The tile work was absolutely stunning. Corners, alignment, edges, everything just looks excellent! The way they did the tile around our primary shower drain brings a smile to my face, I love the attention to detail, just perfect. > -- We bought all the materials and they helped guide us through the process. They were so patient and understanding when helping me source materials or things I forgot to buy or hadn’t considered. > -- I got quite a few bids on this project, Reliable wasn’t the cheapest but they were not the most expensive. I feel like we got top quality work at a reasonable price. > -- The project finished on time, they cleaned the work site and removed all the project debris promptly. > -- Mike was our project manager and he’d happily drive out to pick up materials for us and he went the extra mile to communicate and make the project run as smoothly as possible > > Reliable was great. You hear all these horror stories online about contractors that drag projects out, milk clients for extra money, and don’t deliver on their promises. Reliable wasn’t like that at all, pricing for change orders I wanted were fair, they over delivered on their promises, and they finished everything right on time. > > Conclusion: If you’re looking for a professional and responsive team to remodel your home you can’t go wrong with Reliable. **★★★★★ — anetta migdal, July 2022** > We worked with Kitchen & Bathroom ProMaster on two of the properties recently and are highly satisfied. The quality of work, customer services, as well as a clear timeline of the projects were great. We would work with the company again and highly recommend the service. **Comment from Marin Kitchen & Bath Remodeling:** > Thank you, your feedback is valuable for us! We always deliver what we promise. **★★★★★ — anshul34, July 2022** > I got my kitchen remodeled at my condo through Ilya. He came from strong reference from my friend who has done multiple projects with him. Ilya did an amazing job with the remodel. He was able to get the project running very quickly, had really good folks in his team for tiling, wood work, electrical etc and was able to finish everything soon. We were really happy with the job and have hired his team again for our new place. We strongly refer him. **Comment from Marin Kitchen & Bath Remodeling:** > Thank you, your feedback is valuable for us! We always deliver what we promise. **★★★★★ — Celeste Lindo, June 2022** > After some water damage to our bathroom, I needed a full restoration and decided to do some upgrades too. I talked to several contractors and after getting many replies that they couldn't start right away or that they needed a minimum budget that was way above the estimates. Finally, I talked to Igor from Kitchen and Bathroom Promaster. He explained me plain and simple what was needed to be done. He worked with me and my insurance company to do the job on a reasonable budget and on time. They started a week early and finished the job in the time frame they specified. The price was excellent and I highly recommend asking for Igor to do the work. Throughout the job he asked me how I would like the stuff done like the direction of the tile and the color of caulking and so on. Every one of the workers was really nice to work with and did a fantastic job. I am pretty happy with the look of my new bathroom. **Comment from Marin Kitchen & Bath Remodeling:** > Thank you, your feedback is valuable for us! We always deliver what we promise. **★★★★★ — HU-328540666, June 2022** > As far as we are concerned, we hired the best general contractor in the city. This team shows up, makes decisions with you, and has all the knowledge and ability necessary to complete a remodel. All construction projects can be challenging for the customer, but this company is reliable and qualified. We can highly recommend them, and will be working with them soon for the bathroom remodels in our place. **Comment from Marin Kitchen & Bath Remodeling:** > Thank you, your feedback is valuable for us!
