> The workers were all wonderful and their work was excellent.  We had to completely resurface our pool and we also added coping around the pool as the cement on the pool deck had cracked.  We had some problems getting the daily work schedule coordinated due to inclement weather and because we have dogs that sometimes have to be in the back yard where the pool is.  This led to me asking them to start later in the morning than they would have liked.  However, they were accommodating and it all worked out great.  We had one problem with one of the skimmers being too tight, causing the weir door to stick up, so I wish I had asked them to check that when they installed the skimmers.  We finally solved the problem by getting a different type of weir.  Overall we are very satisfied with our pool.  It is beautiful and looks brand new.

Elite replaced the coping, tiles and resurfaced our pool, making it look brand new...my wife and I can't wait to host pool parties and just swimming and floating in our beautiful backyard oasis.

As with any large job, when a hiccup occurred (very few occurred) Adrian and Armando were responsive and reassuring and things taken care of in less than 1 day.....hiccups in our case seemed to be minor things that could occur but the Elite team was very knowledgeable to resolving anything that popped up.
