He welcomed our preference to be very involved in the design process (even patiently tolerating our insistence on many iterations of various exterior and interior ideas). He had great thoughts on how to use and maximize space. And the team did a good job of accommodating our specific ideas with the overall look of the project and ensuring consistency throughout. HAUS also worked very hard to manage our budget expectations and to find ways to cut costs where possible.
