We needed a lot of lights and I think our heads were spinning from the internet and even when we first walked in. But quickly, David was able to figure out our style and lead us in the direction that would make sense the most. He met with us for a long period of time on a week day and then we returned on a Saturday (busy) and he was still able to bounce from customer to customer and help us make the final decisions. Only negative was that one of our main lights is on back order and sitting on a boat somewhere in another country waiting to be placed in our new space. Lighting is one of the first things we do with our clients and Tara and the whole staff assist me greatly in getting things off to a fantastic start. The care and attention to detail taken with each homeowner and set of blueprints is awesome. They take the time to investigate the intent of each project/home and I appreciate how that comes off to our homeowners immensely. The chandelier was not available in the store in the color I wanted but I was assured I could return it when it arrived if I didn't like it. The order was due to be filled in less than two weeks. Three weeks after placing the order the rep called and apologized because she gave me some bad info and the pendant lights were not available in the configuration we discussed. I went back to the store a few days later and we came up with a solution to the problem. Now, a full 2 months after placing the original order, I still have no lights, and they have been sitting on $1300 of mine while I have nothing to show for it. There has been absolutely no communication from the company unless I initiate the call to check on the status of the order.
