We have a large area we need to fence in and this looks much nicer than chain link. Thank you. A: Thanks for your question. The fence is a custom made combination of Ipe wood which is a large tropical hardwood tree that grows abundantly throughout Central and South America. Ipe wood is prized for its durability, strength, and its natural resistance to decay, wet conditions, and insect infestation.
