With regards to design she understood exactly what we were looking and exceeded our expectations with the final product.  She has a wonderful temperament and made the whole experience fun, creative and rewarding. Her attention to detail made it even more of a stress free experience. Steffanie listened to the ideas we had for the space and wanted to hear what was and wasn’t working.  Subsequently, reflecting on our ideas, she sat down to provide many creative suggestions to improve and transform the space we live in.   Her strong work ethic and focus was evident in our design meetings, where she put together and allowed us to view many samples, including flooring, cabinetry, stone counter, hardware, fixtures and colour palettes.  Once seeing her design ideas, we were inspired and it solidified our decision to move forward.

**Q: floor color stain** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi. What color stain is this floor?

A: It's a reclaimed floor with just a natural clear coat finish. Duraseal's colour coffee brown will give you a similar colour on unfinished boards. As this is a reclaimed you get different colour intensity across the planks. If you site finish in coffee brown the colour will be more consistent. Hope this helps!

**Q: kitchen lightening** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where are the pendant lights from
above the island in the kitchen?

A: You can find them at lumens.com. To be honest I don’t know that I’d recommend them, as assembly was required and it wasn't fun to put them together! I think it’s also pretty tricky once assembled to change the light bulb. All that said they look great when up!

A: Hi Laurel. I'm sorry this house was done awhile ago and I can't remember where the pulls came from! Have a look at Top Knobs, Richelieu and Restoration Hardware.

A: These cabinets have touch latch hardware on them.

A: The tiles are slate and from Cera Grea.

What are the dimensions of the space from back of chairs to wall and from window to face of fireplace?

A: It's about 14' x 14'
