County. The home is modest in size with approximately 1750 square feet divided between the main house and a guest cottage. While there were three bathrooms between the spaces, one of the bathrooms had been converted from a linen closet, which rendered it almost unusable due to the narrow dimensions. The sink had the look of a drinking faucet and the shower was tight and not accommodating for our sons and son-in-law who are well over 6 feet. Lisa drew plans which "borrowed" 2.5 feet of space from the over-sized master bath on the opposite wall; eliminated the pocket door and moved the door opening to one end of the bathroom. For all three bathrooms, she suggested we begin by choosing our countertop material and let that be our guide for our tile selections. She suggested we keep a clean look in keeping with the simplicity of the home. > Lisa was sensitive to our budget and as such we did a lot of the legwork selecting materials, which she reviewed and approved or suggest a change in color or texture. She is masterful in her selection of paint colors and the entire home and cottage were given fresh paint with each room a slightly different shade of soft hue. She also handled the selection and installation of carpet and roman shades for the bedrooms. > Lisa spent a lot of time getting a feel for our style and tastes so that her suggestions were on target. She was timely in delivering construction plans which our contractor used extensively.
