Karin assisted my client who just bought a home with interior design remodeling & decorating ideas. We went into contract on the home in several days. I highly recommend Karin for any type of design advice. She has excellent taste and will work with your clients keeping budget and purpose in mind. **★★★★★ — nancieryan, Feb. 2016** > I hired Karin Pardella, owner of Form & Function Design, after I bought a home that I would need to furnish. Right away, Karin identified changes that needed to be made to refresh the home and better showcase the new furnishings. She selected the paint, tile, carpet and blinds, in addition to recommending all of the living room, dining room, office and bedroom furniture. She didn’t overlook any detail. In addition to the major work, she recommended small improvements that made a big difference – like a new marble top on a hallway cabinet, new ceiling fans, new door bell and switch plates. It was such a joy to move into my new home and not have a lengthy task list of small items to accomplish “in my spare time.” Karin supervised all of the work and made sure that the work was performed at the highest standard. She had no hesitation pointing out imperfections to the crew and was a fierce advocate for me. She made the experience much less stressful for me than it would have otherwise been. She was there whenever I needed her. She even kept in touch on a skiing trip and wanted to inspect the work as soon as she returned. She made numerous calls to make sure all of the pricing was competitive. I love the home and could have done it without her. A: BM Revere Pewter **Q: Rug details?** *(in Photo Questions)* Can you please tell me where this rug is from? Are these the carpet tiles from Flor? If so, how easy were they to put together? A: Yes, the rug is from FLOR & was very easy to install with their FLOR dot system. I will say the install was somewhat time consuming as the tiles were laid out first to confirm pattern and secured after placement. **Q: Cabinetry Colour?** *(in Photo Questions)* Beautiful cabinets ...
