I had a roll-out pantry in my condo kitchen that must have been faulty since day 1 as it continued to fall off track and topple over (on me a couple times). My friend recommended Radu and Sofo kitchens but was unsure it was something they would take on (due to the small job). I wanted to simply remove the roll-out and install pull out drawers. Radu came by my home and I think took pity on me. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. I moved ahead with my order and within weeks, the installer came and removed the roll-out pantry and the new drawers were installed. I could not be happier ... the quality of the product is top notch, the efficiency of the staff - from sales, to admin, to install - was great! I only wish I had a bigger job.
