She was very knowledgable about the entire renovation process and was always available to answer our numerous questions. All of the subcontractors were professional, courteous and did excellent work. From day 1 she walked us through the process of design, redesign, construction, etc. She held our hand the entire time. She was amazing to work with. Not only that, they built this kitchen within 3 months (from design to completion) while my wife was pregnant. She was a calming voice and a guiding voice all at the same time. She took the stress off of both my wife and I and delivered above our expectations and we have high expectations. If you live in Hickory, Lake Norman Area, Charlotte etc, you would be absolutely insane to go anywhere else. I'm already considering other projects in the future to be done with this company. I also want to mention Gordon who was apart of our Construction crew was absolutely incredible. Trusting, honorable, and attention to details. Folks, you don't find companies like this anymore.
