Dave does all the dirty work - including getting the permit authorized from the city and ensuring he is onside all the bylaws. When we hit a few roadblocks thanks to the bylaws Dave didn't see that as a negative - instead he designed something to work around the bylaws and as a result created something even more spectacular than planned.
