Is it only good for certain climates? is it manual or automatic?

A: I'm not sure.I photographed the residence for a local magazine. I do believe the door had dual pane windows. It's a manual door. The home is in Las Vegas and the door is on a north/east facing wall and is protected from direct sun by the height of the home and the patio. I hope that is helpful to you.
