They vented the stove hood into the attic. Violation of Springfield building code. As of 2012, building code requires that the stove hood be vented out the roof. Called them and they said tough luck. I’ll take it to small claims court and see what the court has to say. **Comment from Zinn Construction, LLC:** > To whom it may concern: We pulled the permit for this home in 2012. This home was inspected by the City of Springfield and passed all inspections. While we do warranty our homes, we cannot offer/afford an unlimited warranty.
