He cares about the people he works with and wants them to be satisfied.  Dave ensures everything gets taken care of promptly and follows-up.  He listens to all needs/wants; when asked, will add his own thoughts/experiences.  This is the most beautiful and comfortable home - such a pleasure to work with Dave Cull.
