> AJ Lynn has been my contractor since we moved into our home. He started as a handyman, building shelves for our garage and furnace room and upgrading the finishes on our upstairs bathrooms. Several years ago, he remodeled our entry and family room....and then two years ago, we finished the project by remodeling our kitchen, dining room and living room. The results are spectacular!
> Drew sends a complete breakdown of costs before the project, so it can be modified before construction. He then sends invoices for work done, so the client can see exactly how much is being charged for labor and materials. It's very helpful, and also spreads out  the payments. He also has great design sense and helped me figure out some challenges to our projects. I love his perfectionist attitude and hope to hire him again next winter to finally remodel our master bedroom and bath and the guest bathroom.
> If he has one downfall, it's that he's overworked...so it may take a while before he can fit new clients into his schedule. It's worth the wait, though!
