It was our desire to build our dream home with a view. We found our building lot where we could see across the Arizona Strip all the way to the north rim of the Colorado River. We didn't think we had good enough health or the energy to build our home. We were told that A.J. Construction aka Xcellent Homes, was a good company and would help us achieve the building of our dream home. We contacted them for a bid and they were very competitive and then literally took us by the hand and built our home even more spectacular than we could have imagined. Ethan Anderson made sure that every little detail was taken care of. He kept us in the loop at each phase of the construction. Our home became Ethan's home just as if he was building it for himself. A.J. Construction aka Xcellent homes had an interior decorator that helped us with colors, tile, lighting, carpet, window coverings and all the things that made this home a beautifully finished home. Ethan kept us real in what we added to our home so that we stayed within our budget. His connections to plumbing, Lighting, Fencing, Pool, Spa, Landscaping and other accessories added to our home, saved us thousands of dollars. We never knew building a large custom home could be this easy and so much fun. There was no mental stress to us and we are so grateful that we had Ethan and his professional construction team. The help Ethan gave us on selecting all our fixtures made the process very easy. We are very satisfied and enjoying our new home very much.
