As many others have stated, he is responsive in the beginning and then he just lost interest in my garage project seemingly after he received the deposit. He would not answer calls, or respond to emails or even text messages that my wife and I sent. We had been told that he would file the plans with the town in order to have the permits procured. After, we missed a deadline to break ground due to his unresponsiveness we chocked up our losses and contacted another architect who got the ball rolling. I contacted Mark one last time asking for our deposit back, and then all of a sudden he sends all of this "work" he had done and a permit application. I'm still waiting for my deposit back from this guy, I don't know which of his friends got paid to give him good reviews but don't believe those reviews. **★★★★★ — John Churneftsky, Feb. 2020** > Mark was great. Not only did he design a home that is the talk of the neighborhood, but he was tremendous in helping with completing surveys and permits. Mark always answeres his phone and or returned my calls quickly. He's a gentleman and a total professional. I'm lucky I found him!
